I'm a college student in Flagstaff, Arizona. One day I opened my desk and came across my year-old camera. I was absolutely not getting my money's worth out of it, so I decided to do this: My "365 Project." One picture a day for a whole year, but since 2012 is a leap year, I had to make it 366. If you're here you probably know me. If you don't I'm glad you came across my project. Either way I hope you enjoy it.

Desert
This is the view from Tonto National Monument looking towards Lake Roosevelt. It was a relatively cloudy day for photography so I missed the classic harsh bright lighting that I often like in desert pictures. I'm still not wild about how the lighting turned out on this one but I like the composition and I learned some about color curves while trying to make the background a little less washed out.
