This may not be my most impressive picture for this project, but it is an appropriate end. This is the "Pine Cone Drop" New Year's celebration in Flagstaff. They lower a metal pine cone from the Weatherford Hotel in downtown at midnight. I would have taken this one second before the new year, but the pine cone was covering the clock by then.
Craig - Thanks for the year of interesting and inspiring photos. You captured a little bit of yourself in every one and I hope you enjoyed the project as much as I did looking forward to each days photo - you're awesome!
